We have reopened the shop to in-person visits from clients with an abundance of caution. I am accepting new repairs and restorations. On-location trials and sales of all basses, including in-stock Samuel Shen basses, have also resumed and I am taking orders for Shen instruments.

 

Please review the following precautions we have in place to ensure everyone’s health and safety:

 

Masks are required

Especially now that we are allowing clients into the shop, a properly worn medical mask — entirely covering your nose and mouth — is still required. There are no exceptions. Fabric masks, such as bandanas, are not acceptable.

 

Appointments are required

An appointment is required to come to the shop.

 

If you are not feeling well at the time of your appointment or have had a COVID exposure within 14 days of your appointment (regardless of how you are feeling), please reschedule.

 

Contactless communication

We are allowing fully masked clients to come into the shop.

 

Communication before during and after repairs will still be handled by phone, email or text. Please let us know your preference and we can make arrangements to accommodate.

 

Contactless delivery and pick up

If you prefer contactless delivery or pick up, please let us know in advance and we can make arrangements.
